Fox Searchlight has set a summer release date for “Tolkien,” the biopic on “The Lord of the Rings” author J.R.R. Tolkien.
The result of the endless imagination of Yukito Kishiro and visionary filmmakers James Cameron (AVATAR) and Robert Rodriguez (SIN CITY), comes ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL, an epic adventure of hope and empowerment.
For years, Hasbro has been trying to do something with Monopoly, the classic board game that sets in the homes of millions. The company first rolled around the idea of a Monopoly movie in 2008, before going with Battleship and Ouija which brought in disappointing box office returns, but the project didn’t start getting enough good dice rolls to actually move forward until 2015. Now, with both Battleship and Ouija long forgotten, Hasbro is bringing the dusty old Monopoly box down from the shelf for another attempt.
The long awaited John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum trailer is here, and it does not disapoint. 
Avengers: Endgame  is just 90ish days away, and I for one cant wait.  With that said, it sounds like the Russo Brothers and the film’s cast are still hard at work, with some of the stars now back in front of cameras for what should be the final bit of shooting.

Final Destination Reboot in the Works

In the early 2000s Final Destination ruled the horror market for New Line, it seems that it is time for them to try it again. In a report from The Hollywood Reporter, New Line has hired scary movie writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan to pen the script.
As expected, HBO used Sunday Night’s premiere of the third season of True Detective to finally reveal the exact date when the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones will arrive.
